French Speaking B2B Business Development Manager – France / Benelux / Italy

About the role

This position is a home‑based Business Development Manager role focused on driving new B2B revenue across France, Benelux and Italy. The primary market is France, with regular travel throughout the assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and secure new customers and commercial opportunities in the target regions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior decision‑makers, key clients and strategic partners.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify cross‑selling or upselling opportunities.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences and trade events.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance and product teams and maintain accurate CRM records.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Additional proficiency in Italian, Dutch or Flemish is a plus.
• Proven B2B sales or business development experience in environmental hygiene, water treatment, air quality, infection prevention or related technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets and manage complex negotiations.
