Family Law Relationship Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Family Law Relationship Manager to join In Tandem’s French team. You will act as the primary liaison between our OurFamilyWizard platform and the French family‑law community, helping legal professionals adopt our technology to support families during separation and co‑parenting.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with avocats en droit de la famille, médiateurs familiaux, notaires and other judicial stakeholders.
• Deliver presentations, webinars, workshops and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of OurFamilyWizard.
• Represent In Tandem at conferences, bar association events and mediation organisations.
• Manage outreach activities and stakeholder data using CRM tools.
• Collect feedback from legal professionals to inform product localisation, educational content and outreach strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to adapt messaging for the French market.

Required profile

• Strong network within the French family‑law ecosystem or proven ability to develop such relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English.
• Experience in partnership or business development roles, preferably in a legal or SaaS environment.
• Self‑motivated, relationship‑oriented and able to work independently in Paris.
