Execution Engineer

About the role

Greenvolt Next France is looking for an Execution Engineer to lead the execution phase of decentralized renewable energy projects. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities to deliver solar PV, storage, and hybrid systems on time, within budget, and in full compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee execution of solar PV, storage, and hybrid projects from ready‑to‑build to commissioning.
• Liaise with EPC contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient delivery.
• Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
• Validate engineering designs, technical documentation, and construction plans.
• Supervise site activities, conduct quality‑control inspections, and ensure HSE compliance.
• Track project budgets, control costs, and support financial reporting.
• Manage procurement and timely delivery of equipment and materials.
• Support grid‑connection processes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare execution schedules, progress reports, and handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with French technical, environmental, and construction regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing execution of decentralized renewable energy projects.
• Strong understanding of solar PV, energy storage, and hybrid system technologies.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Excellent risk‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with French regulatory and safety standards.
