Creative Producer

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Creative Producer to lead and coordinate creative projects from concept through execution. Working remotely from France, you will collaborate with designers, marketers, content creators, and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality brand experiences on digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end creative production workflows and timelines.
• Coordinate with designers, editors, content creators, and external partners.
• Support the development of creative campaigns, digital content, and brand assets.
• Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and production quality standards.
• Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts and campaign ideas.
• Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity.
• Organize production resources, feedback cycles, and approvals.
• Monitor creative performance and support optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate across marketing, media, and communications teams.
• Contribute to improving creative processes and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Design, Film, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in creative production, content production, media, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with creative workflows, digital media, and content production processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative problem‑solving mindset.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, France‑based environment.
• Passion for storytelling, branding, and creative execution.
