Consultant / Senior Consultant – Rewards Advisory

About the role

Korn Ferry is seeking Consultants and Senior Consultants to join its Total Rewards Advisory team. You will work on French and international project teams, supporting clients across sectors in designing and implementing compensation and benefits solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct rewards audits and design strategy and programs for all employee groups, including executive pay, governance and sales compensation.
• Lead or contribute to classification and job‑grading projects using the Hay job evaluation methodology and Korn Ferry’s digital tools.
• Collaborate with senior practitioners and sales colleagues to deliver high‑quality client outcomes.
• Manage your own contribution and, when required, lead a project team.

Required profile

• Ability to work effectively in team environments and lead project teams when needed.
• Strong client‑facing orientation and capacity to manage deliverables independently.
• Experience applying standard consulting tools to defined problems.
