Chef de Projets MOA – Pilotage et Valeur Client

About the role

As a Chef de Projets MOA, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of the product for Infotel's clients. You will act as the main liaison between the final client and internal teams, ensuring that client needs are fully understood and met.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the interface with the final client and guarantee alignment with their requirements.
• Participate in workshops to design the client experience.
• Write functional specifications and the detailed scope (cahier des charges).
• Represent the client within the project team and communicate the product vision.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders, managing technical dependencies and overall planning.
• Provide external updates on project progress.

Required profile

• Graduate level (BAC+4/+5) in engineering, business, computer science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years as a MOA Project Manager.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Autonomous, rigorous, structured and able to prioritize tasks.
• Positive team spirit and ability to work in English.
