Call Center Operator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Call Center Operator to join a dynamic team that truly believes in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, problem resolution, and service requests while promoting additional offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Determine customer requirements and clarify information needs.
• Answer inquiries by researching, locating, and providing accurate information.
• Resolve problems by investigating issues, proposing solutions, and escalating when necessary.
• Process customer requests, complete transactions, and forward requests as needed.
• Identify upselling opportunities and explain new features or services.
• Maintain the call‑center database by entering and updating information.
• Ensure equipment is operational by following procedures and reporting malfunctions.
• Participate in training to keep job knowledge current.
• Contribute to the organization’s reputation by taking ownership of new and varied tasks.

Required profile

• Proficiency with standard computer applications.
• Good language proficiency for clear communication.
• Understanding of customer service principles and call‑center telephony technology.
• Previous experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment.
• Strong data‑entry and typing abilities.
• Familiarity with basic administrative and clerical processes.
