Business Developer – Spanish Market

About the role

We are a fast‑growing RetailTech scale‑up that helps e‑commerce merchants avoid stockouts through real‑time inventory sharing. As a Business Developer for the Spanish market, you will lead the expansion into one of Europe’s most dynamic e‑commerce ecosystems, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect top Spanish retailers and marketplaces across sectors such as fashion, electronics, and pharma.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process: outbound outreach, discovery calls, product demos, and contract negotiation.
• Maintain a high‑performing pipeline with a hunter mindset and achieve quarterly revenue targets.
• Educate senior decision‑makers on our technical solution, including API integrations and data flow architecture.
• Collaborate with Partner Success and Operations teams to refine the go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Native or bilingual Spanish and fluent English.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience in tech, SaaS, or marketplace environments.
• Proven record of intensive prospecting and closing complex deals.
• Direct experience with the Spanish market or in an international startup.
