Bilingual Content Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Bilingual Content Manager to support the training and evaluation of AI chatbots. You will work remotely, applying your expert writing and editing skills in both English and French to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Measure progress, evaluate logic, and assess correctness of AI‑generated content.
• Identify issues, propose solutions, and help refine model performance.
• Provide feedback that aligns with brand voice and style guidelines.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (native or bilingual) and French.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
