Accounting Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking experienced accounting instructors to help shape how artificial intelligence understands financial concepts. Your expertise will directly influence the accuracy and reliability of AI systems that generate accounting content, making a tangible impact on the next generation of AI‑driven financial reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated accounting questions, explanations, and financial content for accuracy.
• Assess correctness of concepts across financial statements, bookkeeping, internal controls, and managerial accounting.
• Identify errors, edge cases, and misleading or incomplete explanations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the precision and pedagogical quality of AI outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously, meeting project milestones on your own schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching accounting at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of both financial and managerial accounting principles.
• Skilled at evaluating written quantitative and rule‑based reasoning.
• Ability to assess structured content at scale with consistency and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely in an asynchronous environment.
• Nice to have: CPA designation, Master’s degree in Accounting, hands‑on audit or financial analysis experience, familiarity with AI model evaluation workflows.
