VIP Flight Attendant – Cessna Citation Latitude

About the role

Astonjet is expanding its fleet of Cessna Citation Latitude aircraft and seeks experienced VIP Flight Attendants to join a dynamic, growth‑focused team. You will act as the primary ambassador for high‑profile clients, delivering personalised, high‑end service aboard one of the most advanced midsize business jets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide exceptional, personalised service throughout the flight.
• Ensure safety and security of passengers, complying with all aviation regulations.
• Deliver high‑quality in‑flight services, including meals, beverages, amenities and entertainment assistance.
• Collaborate with the flight crew to guarantee smooth operations and a flawless customer journey.
• Manage aircraft inventory, coordinate orders and maintain supplier relationships.
• Prepare and organise all in‑flight details, liaising with sales to address client feedback, special requests and specific needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business aviation on midsize or larger jets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high‑profile clients.
• Customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, solution‑driven and calm under pressure.
• Organised, discreet and adaptable to changing client and operational needs.
• Knowledge of wines, fine dining and multicultural etiquette.
• Unrestricted passport and right to live and work in the EU.
• Fluent English (C1/C2); French proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Residence within a 2‑hour call‑out radius of Le Touquet Airport (LFPB) or willingness to relocate.
