Travel Operations Coordinator – Luxury Travel

About the role

Queen of Clubs is seeking a proactive Travel Operations Coordinator to join its Paris office. You will be the primary point of contact for high‑net‑worth clients, elite suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring flawless execution of luxury travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor active bookings and handle urgent requests during assigned shifts.
• Confirm next‑day services with suppliers and communicate updates to on‑site clients.
• Conduct thorough handovers with the outgoing Duty Manager.
• Escalate critical issues to leadership and the Quality Department.
• Utilise internal ERP and CRM tools to track services and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Calm, energetic, and resourceful under pressure.
• Clear and courteous communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Meticulous attention to detail and confident problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible to work outside standard hours and be on‑call when needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
