Senior Fashion Buyer (Women’swear)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Fashion Buyer to lead the womenswear category for the lacRébo brand, a Paris‑based label on the SHEIN platform. The role involves managing the full product lifecycle from development to delivery, ensuring collections align with brand identity and market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Own the allocated womenswear category from product development through to delivery.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to shape department strategy based on seasonal SWOT analysis and past learnings.
• Develop spend plans and forecasts at the category level.
• Direct product development to keep collections on‑brand and trend‑relevant.
• Research target customers and curate product assortments that meet their preferences.
• Set and achieve monthly style creation targets.
• Make product and fabric adjustments to maintain quality standards.
• Stay updated on fabric trends and incorporate insights into buying decisions.
• Review and approve production samples, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Lead and mentor the broader buying team, fostering collaboration.
• Facilitate weekly sales meetings to discuss performance and future strategy.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of fast‑fashion buying experience, preferably in womenswear.
• Fluent in English and French.
