Retail & Training Support Internship

About the role

Join Acqua di Parma’s Retail & Training team in France as an intern supporting both retail performance and training initiatives. You will work closely with the Retail & Training Manager to ensure the brand’s omnichannel excellence and help drive sales across points of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and update weekly and monthly sell‑out performance tools.
• Analyse performance data, competition, launches and trade results.
• Prepare POSM orders, manage purchase orders and budgets for all retail locations.
• Assist in organizing retail events, training sessions and coordinate with temporary staffing agencies.
• Translate and adapt training materials, schedule sessions and lead trainings in‑person or via Teams.
• Manage expense reports, store needs and monitor POS profitability.
• Handle technical issues in stores, liaise with suppliers and support sales during key periods (e.g., launches, Black Friday).

Required profile

• Passion for luxury, perfume and cosmetics with a customer‑service mindset.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Good command of English.
• Rigor, organizational skills and ability to work autonomously in projects.
• Team spirit and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
