Project Manager (SaaS Implementation for Hospitality)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple SaaS implementation projects for hospitality customers in France. The role is fully remote and involves guiding projects from kickoff through go‑live, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of several customer implementation projects, managing initiation, deployment and handover.
• Define and control scope, schedule, budget, dependencies and risks.
• Facilitate regular customer meetings, steering committees and project reviews with clear status reporting.
• Handle change requests, escalations and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with implementation specialists, technical experts, support and customer‑success teams.
• Use AI‑powered tools to automate administration, reporting and documentation.
• Monitor project health with data‑driven insights and predictive analysis.
• Maintain accurate records in project‑management and CRM systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks and AI‑enabled workflows.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of project‑management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS implementations or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of scope management, scheduling, risk assessment, RAID, change control and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Project‑management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Notion, Rocketlane, Precursive or Smartsheet.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Notion AI.
