Project Manager – SaaS Implementation (France)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead complex customer implementation projects for a fast‑growing SaaS company transforming the hospitality industry. You will own the delivery lifecycle from kickoff to go‑live, working with an internationally distributed team and a portfolio of AI‑powered solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks and resources.
• Facilitate customer meetings, steering committees and status reviews, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical specialists, implementation consultants, solution engineers and customer success teams to achieve delivery excellence.
• Leverage AI‑driven tools and automation to improve project efficiency, reporting and visibility.
• Monitor performance, proactively identify risks and drive escalation processes when needed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting systems to support portfolio management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies, templates and best practices.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS implementations, professional services or technology‑focused environments.
• Strong grasp of project management fundamentals such as scope, planning, risk, change control and stakeholder communication.
• Proven ability to manage several concurrent projects while maintaining high organization and attention to detail.
• Experience working directly with external customers and delivering client‑facing projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Jira, Monday.com, Notion, Smartsheet, Rocketlane or Precursive.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Notion AI.
