Vice President of People (Global)

About the role

Based in Paris and reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of People will lead Vestiaire Collective’s global People organization. This senior role is responsible for shaping and executing a cohesive People strategy that supports the company’s rapid growth and international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the global People strategy aligned with business priorities and the company’s international footprint.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team on organizational planning, leadership effectiveness, and workforce strategy.
• Lead and develop the People leadership team across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations & Payroll, HR Business Partnering, and Workplace.
• Ensure strong alignment and collaboration across all People pillars and foster a high‑performing leadership culture.
• Support business leaders in building effective teams, implementing strong management practices, and communicating organisational changes.
• Continuously improve HR Operations, including onboarding, contract management, payroll coordination, and HR systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a global People or HR function at a senior level.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into People initiatives.
• Excellent leadership and people‑development skills, with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑moving, evolving environment and adapting practices to changing needs.
