Tube Machine Operator – Paper Converting

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Tube Machine Operator to work on paper converting equipment. The role involves operating, maintaining, and setting up machines that cut, fold, glue, and press paper and cardboard to produce paper tubes.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machines that cut, fold, glue, or clip paper and cardboard.
• Operate machines that glue paper to cardboard and cut it.
• Operate pressing machines for paper.
• Set up paper converting machines for production runs.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of machinery.
• Ensure safety equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, masks, and steel‑toed boots are used.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• 1 to less than 2 years of experience operating industrial paper converting equipment.
• Ability to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks with manual dexterity.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
