About the role
You will join the Relais & Châteaux corporate HR team in a truly international environment where English is the daily working language. Reporting to the HR Director, you will support HR operations across France and abroad, gaining hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, learning, and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Assist recruitment for corporate, communications, marketing, sales and other functions: draft job ads, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and manage the SmartRecruiters ATS.
- Deliver a smooth onboarding experience from pre‑boarding to the first weeks of employment.
- Maintain employee records, track absences, and prepare payroll inputs for internal and external providers.
- Support HRIS (Lucca) configuration, employee data updates and meal‑voucher administration.
- Coordinate training initiatives, manage budgets, vendor relations and documentation for professional reviews.
- Provide first‑line HR support to managers and staff, guiding them through recruitment, leave, training and onboarding processes.
- Contribute to employee‑engagement projects, monitor HR metrics and participate in cross‑functional HR initiatives.
Required profile
- Junior level or first professional experience in Human Resources.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Motivation to work in a fast‑paced, people‑oriented, international setting.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required skills
- Experience or familiarity with SmartRecruiters applicant tracking system.
- Experience or familiarity with Lucca HRIS platform.
