Talent Acquisition Specialist – France

About the role

Arago is scaling its AI‑hardware business across France, the US and Israel and needs a senior Talent Acquisition specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring. Reporting directly to the CEO and CTOs, you will own the full recruitment cycle for engineers, scientists and technical leaders who will shape the next generation of AI chips.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and close senior technical talent in hardware, optics, software and research.
• Partner with the CEO, CTOs and engineering leads to define role requirements and hiring standards.
• Build and maintain a proactive sourcing engine covering Europe, the US and Israel.
• Design and continuously improve Arago’s interview process and hiring bar.
• Track pipeline health, hiring velocity and provide regular updates to leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong headhunting track record in deep‑tech, semiconductors, AI or hardware.
• Proven ability to independently close senior technical positions (staff/principal engineers, research scientists, technical leadership).
• Experience in fast‑moving startups or scale‑ups (Series A‑C).
• Comfort working across multiple geographies and time zones (France, US, Israel).
• Fluent in French and English.
