Statutory & Tax Manager

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Statutory & Tax Manager to join its Finance, Accounting & Audit function. The manager will lead tax calculation, reporting, and compliance activities while supporting tax planning and optimization initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate calculation and reporting of sales, income, and property taxes.
• Manage the preparation of tax forms and guarantee timely external filings.
• Maintain comprehensive tax records, including journals, capital expenditures, and depreciation schedules.
• Assist in tax planning initiatives and drive optimization efforts.
• Research regulatory changes and assess their impact on tax liabilities.
• Collaborate with external consultants and auditors to ensure full compliance.
