Software Engineer (Full‑Stack, AI Health Platform)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing AI digital‑health company building real‑time clinical workflow tools at scale. We need strong full‑stack engineers who can contribute across both frontend and backend in a product‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship features for real‑time AI‑assisted clinical workflows, speech‑to‑text, and documentation generation.
• Build and maintain APIs, platform infrastructure, and performance‑critical systems operating at scale.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, ML, and Platform teams across multiple squads.
• Move fluidly between frontend and backend projects, ensuring high‑quality user experiences.

Required profile

• Strong React experience and solid JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals.
• Solid backend engineering experience (any language, Kotlin/JVM is used).
• Strong computer‑science fundamentals and problem‑solving ability.
• Proven track record shipping customer‑facing products.
• Comfortable working autonomously in high‑ownership environments.
