Sneaker Design Internship – Creative Development

About the role

Join a vegan, low‑impact sneaker brand as a design intern and work directly with the Art Director to shape upcoming collections. You will help translate trend insights into fresh sneaker concepts while supporting the full development cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor sneaker and sportswear trends to inform design direction.
• Source innovative, sustainable materials.
• Assist in creating new sneaker models and colorways.
• Prepare technical specification sheets for production.
• Follow up on prototypes and sample development.
• Contribute to styling‑related tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Passionate about sneakers, sportswear culture, animal welfare and climate action.
• Highly creative, autonomous, proactive and able to manage multiple projects.
• Completed at least six months of internship experience in styling or the sneaker industry.
• Professional‑level written and spoken English.
• Team‑player with an easy‑going personality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong command of the Adobe Suite.

What we offer

• Internship contract (July 1 2026 start).
• Partial remote work – hybrid arrangement.
• Monthly stipend between €800 and €1,200.
