Senior Womenswear Designer – Print & Embroidery (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Senior Womenswear Designer to lead print, embroidery, sequins and fabric‑structure development for a global luxury house. Working closely with an internationally acclaimed Creative Designer and the Owner, you will shape modern‑classic silhouettes and translate global inspirations into print‑led collections.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the print vision for each season, from concept to digital placement and all‑over execution.
• Develop hero prints, key styles and visual identities in collaboration with the Creative Director.
• Guide the seasonal rhythm: pre‑season trend research, season kick‑off, range development, mid‑season edit and final lock.
• Leverage sell‑through and performance data to refine product narratives and ensure commercial relevance.
• Travel to India as required for sourcing and production collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in print design for luxury womenswear, including embroidery, sequins and fabric structure.
• Strong awareness of emerging womenswear trends, colour and textile innovation.
• Strategic insight into silhouettes, fabrics and global consumer behaviour.
• Understanding of the luxury retail landscape and competitor positioning.
