Senior Key Account Representative – Costco Commercial Leader

About the role

The Senior Key Account Representative – Costco Commercial Leader will own and grow Sierra Nevada’s business with Costco, driving sales, market share and new distribution opportunities. Reporting to the VP of National Accounts, this high‑visibility position works closely with field sales, marketing, innovation and wholesale partners to execute strategies across the Club channel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Costco account to increase sales and market share.
• Develop and lead a multi‑year Costco strategy and innovation pipeline with marketing.
• Communicate programs, pricing, distribution and activity updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and recommendations that influence Costco and Sierra Nevada decisions.
• Analyze monthly business performance and report progress, issues and opportunities to the VP of National Accounts.
• Lead item submissions, program development and regional buyer engagement for new placements, seasonal rotations and promotions.
• Operate within brewery and budgetary guidelines while partnering with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in key account management, preferably within the beverage or consumer goods sector.
• Proven ability to sell directly to decision‑makers and collaborate with field sales and marketing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting strategies and influencing partners.
