SAP S/4HANA Transformation Leader – Paris

About the role

Infosys is looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Transformation Leader to drive large‑scale SAP programs for clients in Paris. You will shape the transformation vision, lead engagements from strategy to execution, and ensure delivery excellence across Greenfield, Brownfield and hybrid projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformation programs.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define roadmaps, assess readiness and build transformation strategies.
• Prepare solution proposals, effort estimations and support RFP responses.
• Mentor and manage project teams, guaranteeing quality and timeline adherence.
• Represent Infosys in client meetings and maintain strong interpersonal communication.
• Stay current with SAP innovations and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in SAP transformation programs.
• Deep SAP expertise combined with strong business acumen.
• Proven track record of steering complex, multi‑year SAP projects.
• Ability to influence senior client stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.
