About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote team as a French Bilingual Customer Support Representative. You will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot product, order, and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm under pressure and focused on delivering solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM tools is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar platforms).
