Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team at Mistral AI. In this role you will help streamline the hiring process, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience across our globally distributed teams.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and manage interview logistics for candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with job posting creation, candidate communication, and onboarding paperwork.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to improve recruitment workflows and reporting.
• Provide administrative support for recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment is a plus.
