Project Quality Manager

About the role

UTM Consultants seeks experienced Project Quality Managers to support large offshore and onshore renewable infrastructure projects across France. The role involves overseeing the quality management system (QMS) for complex technical projects and acting as the primary quality liaison for clients, suppliers and third‑party auditors.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and maintain the project‑specific QMS in line with ISO 9001.
• Serve as the quality point of contact for project teams, suppliers and clients.
• Coordinate quality activities, including quality plans, QAP/ITP follow‑up, NC/change management and KPI reporting.
• Conduct audits, manage audit findings and ensure corrective actions are applied.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of quality management experience on large offshore EPCI projects (oil & gas or offshore wind) or 8–10 years on onshore construction projects.
• Proven experience with ISO 9001 in an industrial or construction environment.
• Professional fluency in English; business‑level French is a plus.
• Strong background in shipyard operations, welding, NDT, painting and document control.
