Production Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations at a leading manufacturing site. Reporting to senior site leadership, you will be part of the broader site leadership team and drive operational excellence across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and embed Lean Manufacturing principles throughout production.
• Plan shifts, allocate resources and schedule work across a complex operation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Identify and execute process improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Monitor production output, quality and efficiency using OEE and other KPIs.
• Adapt communication style from shop‑floor teams to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to site leadership decisions and long‑term operational strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience with ERP/MRP systems and production reporting.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related field.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or continuous‑improvement certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership and people‑development capabilities, able to guide teams through change.
• High resilience and ability to manage complexity in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Fluency in English and French.
