Procurement Lead – Services & Indirect Materials

About the role

Lead the end‑to‑end transformation of Services & Indirect Materials Procurement for Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages (NW&PB). You will shape the future operating model, ensure business continuity, and position Procurement as a strategic partner delivering cost leadership, supplier innovation and sustainable value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the future procurement operating model, governance and ways of working.
• Manage an internal team of procurement experts while maintaining service excellence during transition.
• Develop and execute category strategies for logistics, marketing, technical and corporate services.
• Identify value‑creation opportunities beyond cost savings, such as supplier innovation and risk mitigation.
• Establish strategic supplier partnerships and drive alignment with central business functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in complex international procurement, strategic sourcing or procurement transformation.
• Strong background in Services and/or Indirect Procurement categories.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale transformation, operating‑model redesign or integration initiatives.
• Ability to operate in complex global matrix organisations and influence senior leadership.
• Fluent English and excellent negotiation, stakeholder‑management and influencing skills.
