Press & Influence Coordinator

About the role

Polène is seeking a Press & Influence Coordinator to support the growth of its brand across the EMEA region. Reporting to the PR & Influence Manager EMEA, you will help shape the visibility of our luxury handbags and jewelry through social media, influencer collaborations, and media outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing the brand’s social media strategy on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube for the EMEA market.
• Identify and develop innovative partnership opportunities with influencers, celebrities and VIPs.
• Manage daily influencer gifting programmes, coordinating shipments from the atelier and serving as the primary contact for talent agents.
• Draft and distribute product launch updates, store opening announcements and other brand communications.
• Monitor daily media mentions, compile reports and analyse coverage impact.
• Organise in‑store visits, press events and appointments at Paris boutiques, handling all logistical details.
• Support the negotiation and execution of paid influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with budgets and performance goals.

• Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret media data.
• Passion for fashion, luxury goods and public relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) for brand communication.
• Experience with media monitoring tools and basic reporting.
