Payment Product Manager - Banking Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Payment Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our banking platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to embed account, card and payment capabilities into our clients’ software, ensuring a seamless experience under their own brand.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap and strategy for the payment and banking suite.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance and sales to deliver new features and enhancements.
• Gather market and customer insights to prioritize initiatives that drive transaction volume and revenue.
• Own product lifecycle from concept through launch, monitoring performance and iterating based on data.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and security standards are met across all payment flows.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing fintech or payment products in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid setting and navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

Required skills

• Product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Understanding of banking APIs, payments processing and embedded finance.
• Experience with data analytics tools.
