Part‑time Lecturer – Organizational Behaviour (Management)

About the role

Forward College is seeking a part‑time Lecturer in Management to deliver the Foundations of Organizational Behaviour course to second‑year students in its Open Bachelor’s programme. The role runs from January to April 2027 and combines teaching, tutoring and curriculum design.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a term‑long syllabus covering motivation, power, culture, decision‑making and the impact of AI on organisations.
• Facilitate 11 seminar sessions (2 hours each) for a group of about 10 international students.
• Implement a flipped‑classroom approach, preparing pre‑class materials and leading active‑learning activities.
• Provide 7.5 hours of one‑to‑one tutoring per week.
• Assess student performance and give constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching business or management subjects at the higher‑education level.
• Ability to work in English and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Legal right to work in France/Europe (no visa sponsorship available).

Required skills

• Experience with flipped‑classroom and active‑learning pedagogies.
