Overheads Controller – Fixed-Term (Finance)

About the role

Danone is looking for a Fixed‑Term Overheads Controller to join its corporate finance team in Paris. The role supports the management of overhead costs across Danone SA, two DTBVs and Asian Holdings, ensuring accurate planning, control and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and structure financial activities for Danone SA, DTBVs and Asian Holdings overheads.
• Act as a liaison with Finance, HR, GS and other internal stakeholders.
• Support short‑term cost planning and control at group level.
• Establish and maintain follow‑up processes for all fixed costs.
• Prepare and present business insights to the management team and Corporate Finance Director.
• Manage full‑time equivalent (FTE) costs, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and drive related action plans.
• Contribute to the delivery of the strategic Finance Roadmap, with a focus on automation.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in finance controlling or overhead cost management.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in preparing financial reports and business insights.
• Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.
