Operations and Outsourcing Governance Manager

About the role

The Operations and Outsourcing Governance Manager will lead first‑line governance for outsourcing and operational support services within ANZ Europe SA. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will ensure that all third‑party arrangements meet regulatory expectations and ANZ standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of the outsourcing and third‑party governance framework, from classification to exit planning.
• Coordinate pre‑outsourcing activities, including materiality assessments, risk inputs, and approval tracking.
• Prepare and quality‑check governance artefacts such as notification packs, risk summaries, register extracts, and management papers.
• Maintain an accurate, auditable outsourcing register with clear classification rationale.
• Support DORA‑aligned ICT third‑party governance, ensuring contractual compliance and resilience readiness.
• Monitor ongoing contractual obligations and escalate issues as needed.

Required profile

• Proactive individual contributor with strong judgment and autonomy.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across the organisation without direct authority.
• Experience in outsourcing governance within a banking or financial services environment.
• Familiarity with APRA, EBA, ECB, and DORA regulatory frameworks.
