Marketing Production Manager – France (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Netflix is seeking a Marketing Production Manager to join its French Marketing Production team. In this 12‑month fixed‑term position you will own the end‑to‑end planning, budgeting and delivery of marketing campaign assets for series, films and unscripted titles across France.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and maintain production timelines, budgets and resource plans for all French marketing campaigns.
• Facilitate regular communication and information flow between French, EMEA and global cross‑functional partners.
• Provide status updates, track assets and escalate potential production issues.
• Collaborate with in‑house AV, Art & Print producers and external creative agencies to manage localisation, trafficking and delivery of promotional assets.
• Oversee the execution of integrated campaigns across video, out‑of‑home, print, digital display, TV, cinema, radio and social channels.
• Partner with marketing managers on creative development, offering production guidance and best‑practice recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a creative project manager or producer with a strong marketing background.
• Demonstrated ability to manage marketing campaigns either client‑side or at an agency.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills for coordinating global, regional and local stakeholders.
• Comfortable thriving in Netflix’s fast‑paced, solutions‑oriented culture.
