Marketing Lead – Europe

About the role

In Tandem is looking for a Marketing Lead to own and grow the European presence of its OurFamilyWizard platform, starting with France. You will shape the marketing strategy for both professional (B2B2C) and consumer (B2C) channels, driving demand and supporting the sales team to convert leads into subscribers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the European marketing strategy, setting acquisition goals and tracking performance.
• Develop and manage professional‑channel programs targeting family‑law attorneys, mediators and notaires through content, events, co‑marketing and referral initiatives.
• Lead consumer‑acquisition efforts across the region, overseeing app‑store optimisation, paid media, partnerships and the full acquisition funnel.
• Collaborate closely with the French sales team and the US D2C leads to align demand generation with sales execution.
• Build and scale a local marketing team as the market expands.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and implementing marketing strategies for B2B2C and B2C products.
• Strong understanding of the family‑law ecosystem or similar regulated sectors.
• Ability to work hands‑on across content, events, paid media and partnership programmes.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.

• Strategic planning and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Experience with demand‑generation tactics, including content marketing, event management and paid acquisition.
• Ability to analyse performance data and optimise ROI.
