Marketing Director – RX France

About the role

The Marketing Director for RX France will shape and execute the overall marketing strategy, ensuring it drives commercial growth, customer engagement and business transformation across both flagship exhibitions and emerging digital products. Reporting to the senior leadership team, the role sits at the intersection of revenue management, communications, CRM, digital marketing and platform development, and works closely with global and group marketing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define, align and lead the marketing strategy for RX France in line with business objectives and Group priorities.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention and profitability for exhibitions and digital offerings.
• Champion data‑driven, customer‑centric marketing practices, leveraging market intelligence and insights.
• Establish best practices in campaign management, pricing, CRM, lifecycle marketing and performance measurement.
• Build and lead a high‑performing marketing organisation with clear accountabilities and operational excellence.
• Lead the transformation of marketing capabilities, embedding new ways of working and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adoption of Group marketing platforms, technologies, processes and shared services.
• Define, monitor and report on marketing KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven senior marketing leader with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders in an international matrix environment.
• Track record of building and developing large, cross‑functional teams.
• Experience delivering measurable commercial impact in events or digital product markets.
