M365 Architect – Microsoft 365 Solutions

About the role

Magellan is seeking an experienced M365 Architect to join its Infrastructure community and help large enterprises in the Nice region adopt Microsoft 365 and related SaaS services. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating digital strategy into concrete technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients in defining and executing their digital transformation strategies.
• Facilitate technical architecture workshops and capture functional requirements.
• Design and recommend complex Microsoft 365 architectures, including Exchange, Teams, and hybrid scenarios.
• Define and improve standards, architecture models, and service catalogues.
• Oversee implementation of technical recommendations within project frameworks.
• Produce high‑level and low‑level design documents (HLD, LLD) and lead projects from scoping to delivery.
• Conduct pre‑sales activities and continuous technology watch.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering Microsoft 365, Exchange, Skype for Business, Teams, Active Directory, and EM+S projects.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Microsoft certifications or MVP status considered an advantage.
