Logistics Operations Manager – France (relocate to Madrid)

About the role

TikTok is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead its France logistics footprint while being based in the Madrid office. You will own end‑to‑end logistics performance, from import clearance to final delivery, and support the rapid growth of TikTok Shop across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all logistics activities in France, including import clearance, courier delivery, warehouse fulfillment, reverse logistics and reverse warehousing.
• Manage carrier performance, build strategic relationships with key sellers, 3PLs and logistics providers.
• Own SOPs, monitor KPIs, diagnose root‑causes, propose short‑term fixes and drive long‑term improvements.
• Conduct market and policy research, develop operational plans to mitigate risks.
• Track day‑to‑day operations, ensure high performance and continuous team development.

Required profile

• Willingness to relocate to Spain.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in engineering, logistics, transportation or operations management.
• Strong understanding of logistics segments such as first‑mile pickup, parcel sorting, linehaul, courier delivery, returns and import clearance.
• Proven experience managing 3PL relationships, especially with French couriers.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, analytical and data‑oriented.
• Fluent in English and French.
