Junior Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

Upfluence is looking for a Junior Growth Marketing Specialist to help boost inbound traffic across all acquisition channels. Working under the Inbound Manager, you will execute, monitor, and optimise performance‑driven initiatives while continuously improving results.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse funnel performance and implement CRO strategies to improve landing pages and lead generation.
• Coordinate with external agencies on paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube), ensuring timely launches and ongoing optimisation.
• Develop SEO and GEO initiatives to increase organic visibility and improve search rankings.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance conversion‑focused website experiences.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in growth marketing, paid media, or SEO.
• Hands‑on experience with major ad platforms and a strong interest in automation or AI tools.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑output environment with a focus on execution and impact.
• Comfortable working with performance data and numbers.
• Proactive, structured, and fluent in English.
