Junior Corporate Lawyer – Paris

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team in Paris. This position provides early responsibility and direct client interaction within an international group, offering a fast‑track development path for a lawyer with initial professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support on French corporate law matters, including company formation, governance, restructuring, and corporate secretarial tasks.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as shareholders’ agreements, board resolutions, powers of attorney, and service agreements.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and delivering pragmatic legal solutions.
• Liaise with internal tax, finance, and compliance teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Monitor changes in French corporate law and assess their impact on client operations.
• Support senior lawyers on cross‑border transactions and projects while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer or Master’s degree in law with strong knowledge of French corporate law.
• First professional experience in a law firm, in‑house legal department, or professional services environment.
• Fluent in English and professionally proficient in French.
• Comfortable interacting directly with clients and building long‑term relationships.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, international environment.
