Junior Business Developer – Apprenticeship

About the role

Join the Direct Sales France team as a Junior Business Developer apprentice. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will help expand the company’s partner portfolio by generating new leads, managing the full sales cycle, and re‑activating existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a personal pipeline through outbound prospecting.
• Own the sales process from cold call to contract signing.
• Identify and engage key decision‑makers to supplement inbound lead flow.
• Re‑engage small existing accounts, perform follow‑ups, and hand over qualified opportunities to senior account managers.
• Qualify incoming leads, track progress, and support senior sales executives.
• Reactivate dormant opportunities and follow up on contacts from trade shows and events.

Required profile

• Master’s degree student (final year) in Business or related field.
• At least one year of proven sales or business‑development experience (internship or apprenticeship).
• Hunter mindset with strong phone confidence and target‑driven attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French and professional English.
• Highly autonomous, proactive, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
