IT Support Intern – Level 1 & 2

About the role

We are strengthening our IT team and are looking for a motivated IT Support Intern to assist users across France and Italy. You will work in a dynamic, international environment, providing first‑line support and contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Handle user requests through a ticketing system and provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for collaborative, communication and Apple tools.
• Diagnose, resolve and, when necessary, escalate incidents.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes: create accounts, assign permissions, configure devices and secure access removal.
• Manage IT assets, track inventory and process orders.
• Participate in IT transformation projects, write and update procedures, and enrich the knowledge base.
• Identify process improvements, automate simple tasks and support teams in both France and Italy.

Required profile

• Technical education (Bachelor, engineering or equivalent).
• Good knowledge of macOS and familiarity with collaborative tools (email, drive, chat).
• Basic understanding of systems, networking and ticketing processes.
• Strong service mindset, good communication skills in French and English.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to work autonomously on multiple tasks.
