Internal Auditor (M/F)

About the role

The Internal Auditor will support Newrest’s Group subsidiaries worldwide, ensuring that accounting, financial and operational processes comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Internal Audit Director, the role offers a fast‑track path toward senior finance management, including potential CFO assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial, tax, legal and IT tool audits across subsidiaries.
• Perform process and organisational audits to identify and control risks.
• Collaborate with country finance directors and CEOs to design, monitor and implement 100‑day action plans based on audit findings.
• Prepare and present audit reports to the Group CEO.
• Lead specialised missions such as due diligence, compliance, migration, training, forensic investigations and project management for new country openings.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Accounting, Finance or Audit.
• Minimum 5 years of internal and external audit experience, preferably at a senior level within a Big Four firm.
• Fluent English; additional fluency in Spanish or French is highly valued.
