In‑Store Visual Merchandiser – Paris

About the role

The Prada In‑Store Visual Merchandiser is responsible for the fit‑out and daily maintenance of shop windows and interior displays across the Paris store. Working closely with the headquarters Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising teams, the role ensures that visual standards reflect the brand’s luxury image while driving customer traffic and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update store windows and interior fit‑outs on a daily basis according to brand guidelines.
• Implement changes based on sales trends, market specifics, target customers, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with HQ Retail Merchandising to select appropriate outfits for the market and season.
• Provide guidance to Store and Category Managers for department‑specific visual upkeep.
• Train store staff on basic visual merchandising principles.
• Send regular photographic updates of fit‑outs to HQ for review and correction.
• Report sales feedback, competitor monitoring, and market insights to HQ Visual Merchandising.
• Oversee visual prop inventory, including replenishment, returns, or disposal.
• Support HQ Communication & PR teams for in‑store events and press presentations.

Required profile

• Solid experience in visual merchandising, preferably within department‑store or luxury environments.
• Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market, products, and clientele.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
