About the role

We are seeking a System Administrator specialized in operational security to support an AI model integration project. The role focuses on installing, deploying and securing OpenShift container environments that host AI workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Design, install and configure OpenShift clusters for AI model deployment.
• Deploy and manage containerised AI applications ensuring high availability.
• Implement security monitoring, incident response and hardening procedures for the OpenShift platform.
• Collaborate with AI development teams to integrate models into the container infrastructure.
• Optimize performance, resource utilisation and cost efficiency of container workloads.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, processes and security controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a system administrator in a production environment.
• Hands‑on experience with OpenShift or similar Kubernetes‑based platforms.
• Background in deploying AI or machine‑learning models in containers.
• Strong understanding of operational security best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced project setting and solve infrastructure‑related problems.
