Industrial Designer Project Manager – Design Studio

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an Industrial Designer Project Manager to join its Design Studio in Toulouse. You will lead cabin interior concept development, ensuring designs meet Airbus industrial requirements and are delivered on time and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage design projects from brief to completion, including CMF innovation and specification.
• Coordinate tendering processes for worldwide airline customers while adhering to project milestones.
• Lead multi‑cultural design teams and act as the primary liaison with airline customers.
• Collaborate with other Airbus departments to align technical needs with customer expectations.
• Create high‑quality presentation materials that communicate design intent at every project stage.
• Contribute to the evolution of design culture and processes in the Toulouse and Hamburg studios.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing industrial design projects in an aerospace or related environment.
• Strong ability to work with international customers and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with 3D design tools.
