In-Home Personal Trainer

About the role

GYMGUYZ is looking for energetic, certified personal trainers to deliver fitness sessions directly in clients' homes, offices, or other locations. You will work independently, using the GYMGUYZ mobile platform to schedule, assess, and track client progress while enjoying a flexible, autonomous work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑energy, customized training sessions on‑site or in‑home.
• Design personalized workout programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Perform client reassessments and track results through the app.
• Manage your own schedule efficiently and travel between client locations.
• Motivate clients, celebrate milestones, and uphold GYMGUYZ’s core values (Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence).

Required profile

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM).
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Comfort with mobile and web applications for scheduling and client communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the GYMGUYZ App.
• Experience using fitness management platforms such as Mindbody or Trainerize.
